Greetings, and welcome to my website. With the coronavirus cancelling many of the events of 2020 and 2021, some have moved forward to 2022 with a wait-and-see attitude. This partial listing of events of 2022 is also subject to change.

During December of 2021 and January of 2022 you will find my work online and in person at Lux Center for the Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska. The exhibit is a two-person showing with painter Martha Horvay entitled, “Two Geometric Journeys”.

During the NCECA conference in Sacramento, California in March 2022, I’ll be exhibiting with the Artstream Nomadic, either in person at the conference or online if virtual. The grouping of selected artists is truly stellar, and I’m excited to be among them. I will also have work available during NCECA at TRAX Gallery in Berkeley in a group exhibit from March 4th to April 4th.

I’ll be co-teaching with my ceramic sculptor friend Lynn Duryea at Penland School of Crafts, a workshop rescheduled from 2020. “Stretch the Limit” is the title of the workshop during 5th session from July 17-29. The workshop will cover myriad methods of both handbuilding and surface techniques, and is posted with more information on the Penland School of Craft’s website.

Utilitarian Clay VIII, which was cancelled in 2020 may happen in September in 2022. I have been invited to be one of the presenters for the symposium, which takes place at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg, TN. I’ll be joining sixteen other presenters for live pottery demonstrations, an exhibition, and evening presentations with invited speakers and panel discussions.

I am thrilled to have a solo exhibition in November and December at Plinth Gallery in Denver, Colorado. It will be my first exhibit in the gallery.

As always, if your travelling plans take you through Vermont this year, let me know if you’d like to visit my studio and showroom.
